Crazy January...Sickness February
I realize I have been slacking on my blog. Yeah, the title says it ALL. January was just wow.. where did it go? First off, my sister-in-law and her family moved into the house with their three cats and their stuff? For those you may not know.. how BIG is this house? Thank goodness it has three levels and bathrooms! They are currently in the basement right now. So that was early January. The day after they moved in, Chad's parents left for Indiana because Grandpa Corder wasn't doing well at all. They stayed the rest of January. Chad's grandpa passed away and they stayed on to help Grandma with different things. That night they returned back home to Colorado, Cameron and I had gotten sick that day. Thank goodness that Chad was off for a few days because I needed him home! He took care of Cam on Wednesday because I could only take care of myself. The next day: Chad, Vickie, Baili, Rod, and my mother-in-law were all sick with the same thing! I could mess more with Cam. Then on Friday, my father-in-law got sick too. So all 8 people in the house were sick! Of course, everyone else bounced back faster than Cameron and I because I was up half the night with Cam. Cam was sick for almost a week but i'm glad he is so much better! Ever since being that sick, he tells you when he doesn't want to eat something. And that is so wierd because he used to eat everything! And now he throws fits and screams. I'm trying to work him back into normal routine and working on the throwing fits. So hard to be so patient!! So that is where we are in this crazy tale of the corder family! I just hope we do not get that bug again! It was so miserable!!! A few cute things that Cam is doing now: he stomps his feet as if he was dancing (so cute!) and signs "more" and "please" (we are working on thank you), walks and climbs everything, throws kisses and waves at everyone! We just need to work on him talking more.. just another step to do :) And tomorrow he turns 14 months!!! Crazy!
